Client Services Representative I: Copier Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Representative I to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments.
Main Responsibilities- Provide prompt and courteous customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on reprographic equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
- Conduct daily, established maintenance processes and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment.
- Assist end-users in basic functionality of equipment and provide training as needed.
- Record meter reads and maintain service activity reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and experience working with reprographic equipment.
Requirements include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Less than one year of related experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills and technical knowledge.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to spend extended periods of time standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties.
