Position Summary: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Superintendent's office and the Board of Education by performing research, preparing District reports, managing information requests, scheduling appointments, and overseeing clerical and operational tasks. Create high-quality public-facing documents and ensure timely communication with a focus on detail and precision. Carry out operational responsibilities while handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and care.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- Associate degree in business administration, a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Three (3) years of experience in office administration or secretarial roles
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with NOVUS and MUNIS is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
