About the Role

We are a fast-growing General Contractor specializing in commercial construction, seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate construction activities, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and subcontractor expenses
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Develop and implement project schedules, including timelines and milestones
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably as a Superintendent or Senior Construction Manager
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in construction management software, such as ProCore
