We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. You will lead the charge on expanding our paid media and digital growth footprint through targeted ad placements, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring we maximize visibility in our competitive spaces.

This role is perfect for someone with 3-5 years of experience in digital/growth/performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid media buying who is ready to help drive growth and increase engagement for a rapidly growing sports media and collectibles brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Ad Strategy & Media Buying: Lead the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns, placing ads strategically across available channels to maximize ROI and LTV:CAC ratios.
  • SEO/SEM: Optimize digital content and paid media strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive additional audience traffic. Implement best practices for on-page and off-page SEO to increase organic visibility.
  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to launch and manage marketing campaigns. Monitor performance and make data-driven optimizations.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and track the effectiveness of the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective ad placements that align with the campaign and overall enterprise strategic objectives.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate regular reports, and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, production, and social teams to ensure digital ad content aligns with the brand message and engages target audiences.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Conduct ongoing testing for paid media and corresponding desired user journeys to optimize conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, advertising technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital /paid / growth/performance marketing with a focus on SEO/SEM optimization and experience with media buying.
  • Proven experience working with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Basis, and other digital ad platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research, and SEM optimization.
  • Ability to work within and manage campaign budgets.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, able to work cross-functionally with various departments.
  • Experience with paid media testing and conversion rate optimization is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated annual salary range for this position, based on its location in Rochester, NY, and experience, is $64k—$82k per hour.
