Marketing Coordinator NY

At GoNetspeed, we're committed to delivering the fastest and most reliable Internet to our communities. As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in presenting our brand to these communities through events, sponsorships, and community involvement.

This position involves a variety of marketing support functions, including the development and production of collateral and other marketing materials, and social media marketing and engagement. You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure smooth exchange of information and adequate event staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing initiatives, including internal and external campaigns of varying complexity.
  • Manage event coordination, logistics, and scheduling, as well as represent the company at events.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of events, including researching, sourcing, and negotiating event opportunities, on-site event management, and post-event follow up.
  • Work closely with sales and field teams on event training and support.
  • Organize post-event reporting and data analysis, sharing summaries with relevant internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Energetic, people person with an outgoing personality, comfortable in large group and public settings.
  • Detail-oriented, able to work independently, make sound decisions, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Relevant experience determining a target audience and creating unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and its application in various forms of outreach.
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.

Education and Experience:

  • Prefers candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communication, digital media, or a related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in marketing, communication, and/or digital media.
