Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Second Allied LLC. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to office employees, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and maintaining contact lists.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position, familiarity with Quickbooks and some accounting knowledge, and excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
