As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5-10 employees, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a warm and welcoming experience, and address any customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the bakery, cafe, and retail areas.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for employees to improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a retail or bakery environment
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
