Job Title: Supervisor

COS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in building great customer experiences that not only elevate store sales but deliver an inspiring and inviting atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer customers a high level of service through styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience.
  • Open and close the store, and support the other members of the management team when required.
  • Analyse selling information and work with the store management team to maximise the sales performance of your department.
  • Lead a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service.
  • Oversee store operations.
  • Be a brand ambassador and provide the best experience for our customers.
Qualifications:
  • You understand what makes a great customer experience.
  • Prior retail or customer-facing experience.
  • Motivation.
  • You enjoy creating a positive work environment and leading a team.
  • You are results-focused and enjoy multitasking.
  • You enjoy developing yourself and others.

  • You stay up to date with the latest trends/customer needs/competitor activity and put forward ideas on how to maximise selling and the customer experience.

Past Achievements:
  • Experience in store operation, including store opening and closing routines, processing deliveries.
  • Proven experience in coaching and motivating the team.
