As a Senior Branch Manager at PNC, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on managing priorities, driving revenue, and building a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage branch performance through planning and execution
- Drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions
- Lead and influence a broad range of ecosystem partners
- Accountable for risk management and compliance
- Build a high-performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development
- 5+ years of related experience, including at least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to drive revenue and customer loyalty
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Competitive salary range: $89,050.00 – $120,250.00
