As a key member of the Customer Service Center Premium Operations Team at PMA Companies, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and timely processing of all work assignments into applicable business systems. With a strong focus on quality and adherence to established procedures, you will contribute to the attainment of service level goals throughout the CSC.


Responsibilities:
  • Attain a high level of performance in processing loss sensitive adjustments, with a minimum quality standard of 98.5%.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to continuously meet team and CSC service levels.
  • Process tasks received in multiple work queues according to established procedures, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Maintain awareness of various bureaus and utilize internal and external vendor websites and automated systems to process tasks according to published deadlines.
  • Identify process improvements and relay them to the supervisor for discussion.
  • Research and resolve issues, providing effective solutions.
  • Perform a variety of support functions and handle special projects assigned by the supervisor.
  • Provide team training and support as assigned.

Demonstrate a strong commitment to PMA Companies' Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and apply knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards, and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work.

Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong mathematics aptitude, effective verbal and written communication skills, and a working knowledge of Excel, Word, IWS, Pipeline, Policy Decisions, Hyperion Insight, and Brio preparation.
