Key Responsibilities
  • Orders product at accounts on an assigned sales route, determining product needs and placing and transmitting appropriate orders for each one.
  • Utilize technology for order processing and inventory management, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Execute and sell big event marketing, pillar programming, innovation, and mandated features and ad activity to ensure customer satisfaction and company standards are being met.
  • Builds, changes, and removes product displays and POS (Point of Sale), ensuring proper pricing and maintaining a clean and organized product space.
  • Communicates account activities with the customer to ensure quality and timely service, working collaboratively with merchandisers and drivers to meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of work experience required, with customer service experience in a retail environment or in a sales position being held accountable for sales targets preferred.
  • Basic computer application and technology skills required, including valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and a driving record within policy guidelines.
