This is a HYBRID/REMOTE ROLE, requiring the ability and willingness to meet in the Austin TX office at least twice a week and travel quarterly to New York City for client-facing engagements and conferences.

Role Responsibilities

As a Senior Client Experience Manager, you will work closely with clients to improve their overall experience after the launch of Virtual Incentives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Addressing and managing the daily requirements of our primary client accounts.
  • Engaging with clients to understand their needs and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Facilitating clients' effective use of their VI programs.
  • Becoming an expert in our product offerings to provide insightful consultation during onboarding and post-launch.
  • Identifying growth opportunities through understanding client needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 3 years in a client success or account management role within a SaaS or fintech environment.
  • Experience in the fintech, payments, rewards, loyalty, or employee engagement sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with a focus on results.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Hubspot is advantageous.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, particularly in high-growth or globally distributed settings.
