Role Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will oversee our most significant and strategic real estate investor accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, driving renewals, and identifying opportunities for growth. Your role will be pivotal in demonstrating the value of Ownwell's services and contributing to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison for a portfolio of high-value real estate investor clients, including large property owners, REITs, and investment firms.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Proactively manage client accounts, ensuring successful onboarding and the effective delivery of Ownwell's services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and improve service delivery.
  • Analyze client data and usage trends to uncover opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  • Drive account renewals and expansion revenue by clearly demonstrating ROI and value to clients.
  • Collect and relay client feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tax regulations, and Ownwell's service offerings across our operational regions.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles, preferably within SaaS or real estate sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and expanding large, complex accounts.
  • Strong grasp of real estate investment, property management, or property tax principles.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Capability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
