Position: Customer Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Customer Experience Manager.
  • Oversee the complete journey of clients engaging with our services.
  • Provide regular updates regarding the progress of their memorialization process.
  • Capture and share visual documentation of various stages to keep clients informed.
  • Maintain consistent communication, ensuring clients receive updates regularly.
  • Act as the primary advocate for clients, ensuring their experience is seamless and satisfactory.
  • Set realistic expectations regarding the timeframes involved in the memorialization process.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, often becoming a trusted point of contact.
  • Learn about the lives of those being memorialized and find unique ways to honor their legacy.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Assist the marketing team in managing community interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service is essential.
  • Exceptional written communication skills are a must.
  • Empathy and positivity are key traits for connecting with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of inquiries.
  • Ability to handle objections and navigate challenging conversations.
