The Sales Planner is a critical role within our organization, responsible for generating programmatic PMP proposals and RFP response documentation, data gathering and analysis, and enabling programmatic sales & profitability. This position is primarily a tactical and execution role that supports the efforts of the Programmatic sales team nationally.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage assigned tasks and daily work queues, ensuring seamless proposal routing, reservations, and contract management, as well as campaign fulfillment.
- Lead task management in Clear Channel's project management app, ensuring all information is available to process the fulfillment of orders.
- Process post-sale requests and ensure work is completed within agreed-upon service levels, escalating issues as needed.
- Participate in efforts to continuously improve business operations functions, working closely with the campaign coordination team.
- Communicate with relevant divisions of local markets to enhance customer experience.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
- 2+ years' experience working in an advertising sales, client services, or agency environment.
- Organized with ability to multi-task, manage own time, prioritize work.
- Ability to identify and deal with problems quickly.
- Ability to compose emails and other written documentation clearly and concisely.
- Ability to analyze and interpret verbal and written requests and directions.
- Ability to complete required math calculations (i.e., multiply, divide, rate, ratio, percent).
- Ability to work well in a team environment while accomplishing individual projects.
- Competent in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Business Perspective: Using an understanding of business issues, processes, and outcomes to enhance business performance.
- Time Management: Uses time effectively and efficiently, concentrates on the most important priorities.
- Attention to Detail: Working in a conscientious, consistent, and thorough manner.

- This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.
