**Job Summary**
Motion Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team on a 6-month contract. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to provide administrative support to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to our clients, including calendar management, email management, and data entry.
- Assist with preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain filing systems and databases.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings.
- Handle expense reports and reconcile receipts.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
