Job Summary:

Harvard Resource Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to their client in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare correspondence, and handle travel arrangements for executives.
  • Serve as the primary contact between executives and clients, ensuring prompt and accurate information flow.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs, maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items, demonstrating exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Assist in planning and executing special projects, working collaboratively with the executive team.
  • Oversee office operations, order supplies, and manage office equipment, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and anticipating executives' needs.
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
