Role Overview
The Client Success Onboarding Specialist plays a pivotal role in our post-sales team, engaging with both new and existing clients. This position is essential for guiding clients through the transition from the sales phase to the onboarding and implementation of their new platform, while reinforcing Insider's vision of personalized experiences driven by client data.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the onboarding process for clients, ensuring successful outcomes and accelerating time-to-value.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to empower clients to utilize Insider's platform effectively.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the client organization to understand their business and technical objectives.
- Facilitate early adoption by establishing KPIs and success metrics for return on investment.
- Advocate for client use-cases to inform product development.
- Ensure a smooth transition to the Customer Success Manager team post-onboarding by documenting client roles and hierarchy.
- Enhance the onboarding experience by continuously improving processes and materials.
- Deliver tailored onsite and remote onboarding sessions to meet specific client needs.
- Establish trust and confidence in the Insider platform among clients.
- Coordinate with client agencies and third parties to achieve desired outcomes.
- Maintain high standards of deliverable quality and client satisfaction to ensure a seamless transition to the Customer Success & Support teams.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure custom solutions meet client expectations.
- Document client stakeholder roles to facilitate a successful transition to the Customer Success Manager team.
- Own project responsibilities and ensure successful implementation while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct user-enablement training and workshops to enhance client understanding and usage of the platform.
