Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EDI Onboarding Team Supervisor to join our team at Lincoln Financial Group. The successful candidate will provide leadership and guidance to a team of EDI Onboarding professionals, ensuring the smooth execution of EDI onboarding processes and the delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of EDI Onboarding professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of EDI onboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of EDI onboarding operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of EDI onboarding processes with other business functions.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize EDI onboarding processes.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years of experience in a customer service environment, directly aligned to the specific responsibilities of this role.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Prior supervisory experience and/or experience working in Ardis/Converge.
