Job Title: Senior Human Capital Design Consultant

At PCI Government Services LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Capital Design Consultant to lead the development, documentation, and assessment of HR business processes across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the HR Business Process Analysis, including documenting current hiring processes, tools, and forms used across the organization.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of current HR systems, tools, and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for standardization.
  • Develop future-state process improvement recommendations to enhance HR technology use and align with organizational goals.
  • Create a roadmap for implementing standardized hiring processes across all departments.
  • Collaborate with HR staff to gather, analyze, and interpret data on HR business processes.
  • Lead the development of project management plans, including key milestones, project schedules, risk management, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Facilitate working sessions with senior HR leaders and stakeholders to present findings, analyses, and recommendations.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports documenting business process analysis outcomes and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of consulting experience required.
  • Experience conducting organizational assessment and change impact assessment.
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and management.
  • Experience with large meeting facilitation for leadership groups.
  • Understanding of change management methodologies.
  • Experience building toolkits for leaders to facilitate change management.
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives.
  • Exceptional visual communication & design skills, including use of Canva and PowerPoint (work samples will be required).
  • Experience designing employee and customer surveys.
