Mental Health Therapist Position in North Carolina

Silver Linings Teletherapy is a dynamic organization that offers a unique opportunity for licensed therapists to provide compassionate counseling services to adults and older adults in North Carolina.
We offer a flexible work environment, allowing you to create your own availability after meeting the 15-session minimum. Our hybrid in-home and remote therapist caseload enables you to match with your preferred demographic of clients.
- We provide comprehensive billing support through our dedicated billing team.
- Our insurance credentialing services, including CAQH profile maintenance, are available at no additional fee.
- You will have access to a diverse network of therapists and a clinical director for case consultations and supervision.
- Our total earnings system provides reliable compensation via direct deposit every two weeks, with protection against client no-shows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough initial psychosocial assessments to understand patient needs.
- Counsel patients on various mental health concerns, including grief, loss, depression, anxiety, and stress.
- Provide regular clinical notes and progress reports to ensure effective treatment plans.
- Maintain a high volume of billable client sessions (15-20 per week) to meet performance expectations.
Requirements:
- Licensure in North Carolina is mandatory.
- A reliable laptop or computer is required for teletherapy sessions.
- An NPI# and CAQH profile will be necessary upon hire.
- Experience with teletherapy is desired but not essential.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
