Per Diem Therapist Position in Raleigh, North Carolina

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care in Raleigh, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a current North Carolina Physical Therapist license and a minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
About the JobThis per diem position involves making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, performing diagnostic tests and measurements, and implementing individualized care plans. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and manage time effectively, with strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities- Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Performing diagnostic tests and measurements, such as mobility/range of joints, transfer status, stability, patterns and appearance of ambulation, strength and endurance of muscles, balance testing, and safety assessments
- Implementing individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions
- Continually assessing and revising the Physical Therapy care plan, and participating with nursing in the multidisciplinary care plan, as appropriate
- Educating and instructing clients, family members, or other client representatives, in rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote the client's health, safety, and independent living
- A current North Carolina Physical Therapist license
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

Salary: $45-$55 per hour, based on experience. Estimated salary range is $95,000-$113,000 per year, depending on the number of hours worked.
