About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tax Administrator to join our team at Uplinq. As a Tax Administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative and operational tasks, ensuring seamless operations through timely and accurate data entry and processing tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer profiles, including taking meeting notes, documenting communication, and creating profiles for new customers in Uplinq Airtable software.
  • Prepare tax engagement letters and maintain an organized filing system using a standardized system when saving files.
  • Assist in gathering data from the Accounting team, including finding prior year returns given to Uplinq Bookkeeping and uploading to the Tax filing system.
  • Run financial reports in QuickBooks online as needed and complete reasonable compensation reports.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email, working to build meaningful relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
