We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a clinical counselor and neurofeedback provider. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including children and adolescents, and provide evidence-based treatments to support their mental health and well-being.

About the Role

This is a full-time salaried opportunity with a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $50,000 to $70,000 per year. You will be working in a fully furnished and dedicated office space, with access to state-of-the-art technology and a team of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical treatment to clients through the administration of evidence-based therapies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, including assessment reports, session notes, and treatment plans
  • Participate in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings and quarterly meetings with the Clinical Director and Director of Operations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in counseling or marriage and family therapy
  • Fully licensed in the state of Texas and in compliance with CACREP accreditations
  • LPC/LMFT/Registered Play Therapist (RPT) designations
  • Knowledge of the DSM-V and ability to diagnose and treat mental health conditions
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • 2-3 years of experience working with adolescents and adults
