- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to promote mental health and wellness.
- Develop and implement mental health programs to support service members and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide training and education to service members and their families on mental health topics.
- Master's or PhD degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience providing clinical treatment services as an independently licensed provider.
- Licensed by the State of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Experience working with military populations and knowledge of military culture.
