Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive training and in-service programs to new and existing customers on our proprietary medical equipment.
- Provide timely and effective communication to ensure seamless support to our sales and marketing teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer feedback and concerns, providing honest and actionable insights to inform product development and customer satisfaction.
- Travel extensively to support customers in their regions, with occasional overnight stays.
- Manage and resolve operating issues within customer accounts, including product complaints, quality issues, and billing discrepancies.
Requirements:
- 4-year degree in a relevant field (nursing, medicine, or related field) preferred.
- Experience as an RN, PA, or Tech in the OR or Cath Lab is highly desirable.
- Previous experience as a Clinical Specialist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our customers and business.
