Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at VSP Global. As a key member of our Inside Sales team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, training, and coaching to the unit, as well as providing analytical support as the subject matter expert to determine business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, training, and coaching to the Inside Sales team with minimal supervision.
  • Support the supervisor by providing analytical support as the subject matter expert to determine business processes.
  • Coordinate and manage the workload of the team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
