Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Director to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our HR function and driving strategic initiatives to support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall workforce effectiveness.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement organizational development initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, and performance management.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
• Analyze and interpret HR metrics to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors, consultants, and industry experts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field from a fully accredited college/university required; Master's degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of professional HR experience, preferably in an acute healthcare setting; five or more years of progressive HR leadership or management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations, including the Fair Labor Standards Act, Civil Rights Act, ADAAA, and ERISA.
• Knowledge of labor relations and union avoidance tactics, as well as The Joint Commission and CMS regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to manage in an environment with diverse perspectives and needs.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications.
