Position Overview:

We are looking for a personable, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to become a part of our dynamic team at Inkspirenize. The successful candidate will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients, delivering outstanding service and assistance. This position demands excellent communication skills, adept problem-solving capabilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Address client inquiries through various channels, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve client complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Order Management: Assist clients in placing orders, processing payments, and managing returns or exchanges.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Feedback Gathering: Collect and report client feedback to enhance products, services, and overall client experience.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Collaborate with other departments, including sales and technical support, to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Administrative Duties: Execute general administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and report preparation.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or related fields is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Able to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A positive demeanor and a dedication to providing excellent customer service.
