Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Piper Companies is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join their team in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. As a key member of the IT department, you will play a critical role in maintaining and troubleshooting various devices and systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to daily end-user support requests for hardware, software, peripherals, mobile devices, copiers, and VOIP phones.
  • Set up, configure, and roll out hardware and software as needed.
  • Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot software and computer peripherals.
  • Assist in developing and documenting improvements to current processes.
  • Test, image, and clean PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, and other related hardware.
  • Stay updated on new and emerging security threats and mitigation approaches.
  • Manage Active Directory users and Office 365 mailbox management.
  • Test, validate, and qualify regulated computerized systems.
  • Write documentation according to 21 CFR part 11 compliance for analysis sequencers.
  • Assist with infrastructure maintenance, including Meraki Networking, Nutanix VM, and Fortinet Firewall.
  • Manage server updates (Linux, Windows).
Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in a related field (a plus).
  • Experience with infrastructure maintenance, including Meraki Networking, Nutanix VM, and Fortinet Firewall.
  • Experience working in a GxP environment.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, Active Directory, and various software and hardware.
  • Familiarity with different operating systems (Linux, Windows).
  • CSV experience (a plus) - test/validate/qualify regulated computerized systems.
  • Write documentation according to 21 CFR part 11 compliance for analysis sequencers.
Compensation:
  • Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 plus dependent upon experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
