Timecards Specialist

The Judge Group is seeking a highly skilled Timecards Specialist to join our Administration Team in Wayne, PA. As a Timecards Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our timekeeping processes.

• Navigate client vendor management websites to ensure seamless communication and data exchange.
• Maintain multiple Excel spreadsheets for tracking client information, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in invoice adjustments to correct inaccuracies in hourly rates, hours, etc.
• Support the gathering of information and preparation of written responses for client/internal requests.
• Enter billing information into Judge's systems and upload paperwork, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Implement process improvements to minimize or eliminate internal errors.
• Manage, organize, and prioritize email and phone correspondence, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
• Assist other account department members in various tasks, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Build a list of topics discussed in weekly account collaboration calls to send to all as follow-up.
• Maintain assigned divisions and address any inconsistencies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Process client invoicing weekly, ensuring timely and accurate billing.

• Experience in customer service, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate verbally, via phone, and in writing.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• Strong people skills, with the ability to work effectively with peers, staff, and clients.
