Role: Full-Time Medical Assistant/Endoscopy Coordinator

This position is for a dedicated Medical Assistant/Endoscopy Coordinator within our Gastroenterology department. Travel between locations may be necessary. Candidates who are bilingual are preferred, and a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a solid understanding of medical terminology while collaborating well with team members. The working hours for this role are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant is advantageous
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in person and over the phone
