  • Update patient medical records and ensure accurate and timely documentation
  • Assist with medication management, including dispensing and tracking
  • Perform diagnostic studies and treatments as ordered by healthcare providers
  • Enter charges for services rendered and process medication requests
  • Handle patient calls and messages, including returning calls and notifying patients of test results
  • Assist with patient education and provide support with forms and paperwork
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with electronic medical records
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
