Raising A Village Foundation (RAVF) is a dedicated non-profit organization focused on delivering impactful intervention programs and community resources aimed at enhancing the lives of children, youth, and families. Our initiatives span across education, health and wellness, and the arts, fostering personal growth and civic involvement in underserved communities.
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and mission-oriented Program Site Manager. This role is pivotal in overseeing program administration and coordinating logistics for the Driven 2 Succeed initiative at designated community locations. The Program Site Manager will collaborate closely with the Program Director, RAVF team members, tutors, and educational staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and monitor student engagement in the program.
- Provide daily support to tutors and volunteers.
- Act as the primary liaison for educators and community partners at the assigned site.
- Assist in tutoring students as part of the Driven 2 Succeed services.
- Help gather data for program evaluation and improvement.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience in teaching or high-impact tutoring.
- Background in program coordination and evaluation.
- Skills in lesson planning and community engagement.
Program Management Duties
- Develop and implement programs that ensure student success and safety.
- Oversee daily operations and support team members at the program site.
- Facilitate educational events and maintain program-related materials.
People Management Responsibilities
- Collaborate with tutors and school staff to ensure student assignments are completed.
- Manage timesheets and hours for tutors, ensuring compliance with HR practices.
- Prepare and distribute program materials to tutors regularly.
Data Management
- Utilize data tracking tools to monitor program goals.
- Input attendance and session notes into the tracking system.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Education, Human Services, or related fields.
- Experience working with school-age children in educational settings.
- Two years of leadership and program coordination experience.
