Job Overview

At BODYROK Princeton/Newtown, we're seeking a highly motivated and energetic Fitness Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our fitness community, you'll be responsible for delivering high-intensity, low-impact workouts that leave our clients energized and challenged.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach dynamic group fitness classes, incorporating our proprietary Hybrid Pilates Method and heart-pumping music.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of anatomy and biomechanics to provide safe and effective instruction.
  • Motivate and challenge clients to achieve their fitness goals, while promoting a positive and supportive class environment.
  • Collaborate with our training team to stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and methodologies.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our fitness community through workshops, events, and social media engagement.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in group fitness instruction, with a focus on Pilates, Circuit Training, or similar modalities.
  • Excellent communication and cueing skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
  • Strong understanding of anatomy and biomechanics, with the ability to provide safe and effective instruction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
