Our unique training methodology incorporates advanced, safe equipment, delivering effective 20-minute workout sessions, twice a week. We are currently seeking both full-time and part-time Fitness Coaches for our latest studio.
Are You the Right Fit for Our Organization?
Essential Qualifications: A strong commitment to customer service, eagerness to learn, and a genuine desire to assist clients in transforming their lives through the proven techniques of Thrive Enterprises Inc. – a leader in personal training.
Not Mandatory: Previous experience in the fitness sector. All team members will receive comprehensive training and must complete Thrive Enterprises Inc. certification. (Training is compensated)
We Seek Individuals Who:
- Have a keen interest in fitness and overall well-being
- Enjoy engaging with people
- Are passionate about making a difference in clients' lives (average client age is 55 years)
- Can establish rapport easily, both over the phone and in person
- Exhibit a friendly demeanor and enthusiasm for supporting clients in achieving their goals
- Possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Are organized, manage time effectively, and pay attention to detail
- Demonstrate diplomacy and a customer-focused mindset
- Can follow instructions and adhere to established processes
- Are comfortable promoting Thrive Enterprises Inc. and encouraging potential clients to engage
- Prior sales experience is advantageous
- Full-time and part-time opportunities are available
Candidates Must Be Prepared To:
- Complete Thrive Enterprises Inc. Certifications within 21 days of hire (compensation provided for certification time)
- Obtain CPR/AED certification from a nationally recognized provider within 30 days of hire (one-day course)
- Remain on their feet for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Work flexible hours, including early morning shifts
