- Customer Service: Maintain Retro Fitness's high level of customer service, ensuring that members have an exceptional experience at our facility.
- Staff Management: Assist in training, motivating, directing, coaching, and evaluating all club employees, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our members.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing all aspects of inventory, including entering, ordering, and reconciling incoming merchandise.
- Scheduling: Create and maintain schedules for the Front Desk, Child Sitting, and Maintenance staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage at all times.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure that all staff are wearing proper attire and that the facility is maintained to a high standard.
- Technology: Monitor all websites provided by management on a daily basis, ensuring that we are up-to-date with the latest information and trends.
- 35+ hours a week (may vary)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the fitness industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
