Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales process from lead generation to close, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to close
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Develop and deliver effective sales strategies and solutions
  • Mentor and develop entry-level sales consultants
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or recruitment
  • Experience with client prospecting and lead generation
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Results-oriented mindset and proven track record of success
