Business Development Representative

At The LaSalle Group, we're committed to building long-term relationships with our clients and candidates. As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a key role in driving our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities through warm and cold outreach to clients and prospects
  • Develop an understanding of client/prospect organizational charts and set meetings with decision makers
  • Conduct initial conversations to understand client hiring needs and uncover potential business opportunities
  • Qualify and follow up on inbound leads
  • Effectively overcome prospect and client objections
  • Consistently meet or exceed established metrics around calls, meetings, and new business opportunities generated
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Prior experience in a role involving outbound calling and meeting metrics and/or quotas
  • Competitive and money-motivated
  • Receptive to feedback and hungry to keep advancing your career
  • Excellent communication skills; must be able to communicate over the phone with decision makers and show your ability to persuade and influence
  • Excitement about working in a hybrid work environment (Monday-Thursday in-office; Fridays are flexible to work remotely)
