Job Summary

Surgery Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Representative to join our team. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff
  • Manage patient flow and check-in/check-out processes
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Assist with medical records and indexing
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience required
  • Minimum 3 years of medical field experience preferred
  • Knowledge of ICD and CPT coding preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English (and Spanish preferred)
