Hotel Ambassador

The Best Western Premier Puyallup is seeking a skilled Lobby Attendant to provide exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our lobby area, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.

• Maintain the lobby area, including cleaning and restocking amenities
• Respond to guest requests and provide assistance as needed
• Work collaboratively with the front desk team to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Meet productivity standards and maintain a high level of quality in all aspects of the role

• Previous housekeeping or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
• Physical strength and manual dexterity to operate necessary equipment and perform required cleaning duties
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A competitive hourly rate of $17.97 to $19.72 per hour, depending on experience
