Customer Service Representative

The Member Services Representative will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fitness and health, and who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle all front desk related activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and facilitating needed updates to member accounts.
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
Requirements
- Customer service background preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- A passion for fitness and health.
- Upbeat and positive attitude.
- Punctuality and reliability is a must.
Benefits

- As a Core Development and Management employee, you are eligible for benefits if you are regularly scheduled and work at least 30 hours per week.
