Job Summary:

In this pivotal role at Cardiac Study Center, our Front Desk Schedulers play a vital part in our journey towards excellence in cardiology. They are instrumental in introducing compassionate patient care, efficient operations, and meaningful patient interactions within our outpatient cardiology settings.

This position facilitates strong communication between providers and patients, fostering cohesion and collaboration in the clinic. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient scheduling to ensure seamless operations.

• Maintain a well-organized schedule per provider preference to guarantee timely appointments.

• Assist patients with any questions they may have, providing exceptional customer service and support.

• Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA standards at all times to ensure patient confidentiality and safety.

• Assist with coordinating communication between patients and other departments to ensure effective collaboration.

• Work in other locations as needed for coverage to support the team's efforts.

The starting pay for this position is $21.31, and the pay scale is $21.31 - $38.59 USD, influenced by factors specific to applicants, including skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
