Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media
  • Support the development of marketing materials, such as marketing slicks, case studies, email newsletters, and thought leadership
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance
  • Maintain and update project plans and task management software
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate large- and small-scale events and meetings
  • Effectively communicate with high-level execs, staff, location coordinators, and vendors
  • Create budgets, BEOs, and review vendor contract agreements
  • Promote attendance and maintain guest lists
  • Day-of event logistics and management, including setup and breakdown
  • Swag and collateral management and distribution
  • Create and maintain events and communications calendars
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong social and networking skills with the ability to flourish in social settings
  • Extremely detail-oriented with a strong work ethic, great attitude, and 100% reliable
  • A solid foundation for social media and digital marketing
  • Ability to self-manage and complete projects solo or as part of a small team
  • Experience planning and managing virtual and hybrid formats, including AV and digital requirements on Microsoft Teams or similar platforms
  • Establish, nurture, maintain, and grow relationships
  • Creative thinker able to execute on ideas
  • Demonstrates accountability and professionalism and can represent RIVA positively in the industry and as an internal ambassador
