Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with gig workers to update them on available shifts and opportunities in real-time.
  • Respond to gig worker inquiries and deliver comprehensive support through various communication channels.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of gig workers, including their contact details, availability, and preferences.
  • Manage shift scheduling and make necessary adjustments to optimize the utilization of gig workers.
  • Provide administrative support by generating reports, managing documentation, and assisting with data entry tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and enhance operational processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the gig worker experience by offering valuable feedback and insights.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative support roles, ideally within the staffing and recruitment sector.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with gig workers.
