Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with tire selections and under-car repair services
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling and inventory management
  • Ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency in our tire sales and repair services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
  • Any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
