About the Role

Phoenix Rising FC, a leading professional soccer franchise, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of season tickets, partial season tickets, group tickets, and single-game tickets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Generate revenue by selling season tickets, mini-plans, group tickets, and premium seating.
  • Lead Generation: Focus on self-generating leads through prospecting and networking to increase sales.
  • Team Group Sales: Develop and implement strategies to increase team group sales through theme nights, initiatives, and offers.
  • Outbound Sales Efforts: Implement and demonstrate outbound sales efforts using sales and services best practices, prospecting, networking, lead generation, and data capture and personal database management.
  • Customer Service: Greet, support, and serve current and potential clients daily and at games and events.
  • Event Attendance: Work all PRFC events and home regular season/playoffs matches.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to multi-task and manage projects on strict deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, with a strong understanding of sales and customer relationship management software.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a sports or entertainment industry.
  • Skills: Strong customer service skills, self-motivated, excellent communicator, and strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Language: Bilingual skills a plus.
