About the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) and PLL Play

The PLL is a professional lacrosse league in North America, comprising 8 teams of top players. Co-founded by lacrosse stars Paul Rabil and Mike Rabil, the PLL is backed by investors in sports and media.

As a highly motivated Systems and Customer Success Manager, you will drive growth and customer satisfaction for the PLL Play team, overseeing key systems and customer interface.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • System Development and Management:
    • Develop, maintain, and manage the LeagueApps registration system for PLL Play programs, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
    • Manage over 200 program registrations annually, handling customer requests and resolving issues.
    • Ensure financial reconciliation and reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Customer Service and Support:
    • Respond to inbound customer inquiries, addressing system-related and general program questions.
    • Guide new customers through the registration process, building strong relationships and promoting PLL Play's value.
Our Total Compensation Package:
  • A competitive base salary of $70,000 - $75,000, plus commission and bonus opportunities.
