Job Title: Head of Global Financing Operations

Natixis is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Global Financing Operations team. As the Head of Global Financing Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational support of our commercial financing business, ensuring efficient and effective processes, and driving innovation through technology and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders, including the Global Head of Financing Operations and the Head of Operations (Americas).
  • Implement and propose innovative technologies to modernize financing activities, ensuring alignment with global initiatives and market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with IT to develop and optimize processes and controls, leveraging technology and leading automation projects.
  • Advise on deal structure from an operational perspective, minimizing operational and reputational risks to the bank.
  • Ensure staff oversight, delivery of periodic feedback, performance reviews, and career development.
  • Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with Financing and Global Trade Front Office, Audit, Compliance, Legal, IT, Credit Department, and other support departments.
  • Actively participate in New Product Committee reviews and coordinate with staff to address all support needs and identify pre-requisites and conditions.
  • Monitor and proactively seek to minimize operational risks, manage governance over internal and external audits, and ensure provision of required information and timely implementation of recommendations.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in banking or a related field.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Proven success in leading teams with global exposure, encompassing technology, change management, and regulatory interface.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and overseeing diverse teams with varied strengths.
  • Results-oriented leader with IT and automation knowledge and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, flow charting software, and low/no code tools.
Preferred Skills:
  • Good understanding of financial statements with a level of comfort in calculating and interpreting financial ratios.

Natixis offers a competitive salary range of $220,000 - $250,000, a generous benefits package, and a discretionary incentive award based on company and individual performance.
