Middle Market Risk Management Specialist

Aon is seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Middle Market Production Account Executive. As a key member of our West Region team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and effective solutions to clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

As a Middle Market Production Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with clients, leverage your expertise to identify client needs, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements. You will also be responsible for driving new business production, ensuring overall account profitability, and leading stewardship planning and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:- Provides expertise and identifies client needs to deliver tailored solutions
- Drives new business production and ensures overall account profitability
- Leads stewardship planning and delivery, including renewal process and client service team management
- Educates clients on trends, market issues, and relevant data and analytics
- Marshals Aon resources to support clients in unusual circumstances
- Involves others across geographic, solution lines, and functional unit boundaries to define interdependent responses to opportunities
- 5-10 years of experience in leading client relationships and/or selling Risk Management or Health and Benefit Solution products
- Ability to build relationships, grow and leverage relationships that translate into meaningful and mutually beneficial business results
- Strong client-facing skills with a track record of advising and influencing decision-makers
- Excellent client management skills, able to manage an existing book and deliver on our client promise while generating new business and clients
- Fosters critical relationships between Aon colleagues, clients, and the external payor/insurer market
- Able to articulate and execute on a strong value proposition
- Organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize workload with attention to detail
- Proven technical proficiency demonstrating capabilities to build innovative solutions
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to clearly express thoughts and concepts at various levels
- Excellent digital literacy, including working experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have an active Property & Casualty license
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of industry experience
